Menu Selections - Our consultants will be happy to help you design a special menu to suit your guest. Menu selections should be made no later than three weeks before the event. The items listed in our menus are merely suggestions. Ask our consultants far other creative ideas.
Deposits - A non-refundable security fee of $400.00 is required to secure the date of your affair. Upon signing the contract a 40% deposit will be required three months prior to the event. Our consultants will provide you with a contract listing specific services and the amount of your affair. Initial tastings are provided at no charge. All other tastings thereafter need to have $400.00 deposit paid.
Cancellations - A refund of 75% of the deposit will be granted if we are notified not less than six months prior to the date of the event.

Billing - Full payment .one week in advance is required unless other payment arrangements have been made not less than three months prior to the date of the event.

Set-up and Break-down - An additional fee may be required based upon venue guidelines.

Overtime Fees - $150.00 per half hour over contracted time.

Guarantees - Final guaranteed head count is required 3 weeks prior. If we are not able to contact you, the expected attendance on the contract will be considered as the final guaranteed head count. The arrangements on the initial contract are considered final unless we are notified 3 weeks prior to your event.

Service Charge - A 20% service charge is not included in food and beverage prices, unless stated otherwise.
Prices - The per guest charge set forth in the Catering Contract will be based upon then-current market conditions. All charges will be subject to increase in order to meet increased food, beverage and/or operational expenses arising from unusual circumstances existing at the time when the caterer is to perform its obligations under the catering contract. The caterer shall be entitled to receive such increased charges, to make reasonable substitutions to the menu or other services being provided, or to make such accommodations as are appropriate. The Patron hereby agrees to pay such increased prices and accept any and all substitutions made by the caterer. In addition, the caterer's obligation to perform will not be Subject to events beyond its reasonable controls (such as strikes, government controls .or acts of God) and the caterer will not be liable far any damages if such events interfere with the caterer's performance of its duties.
Taxes - The applicable state sales tax will be added to the account. State tax regulation requires tax en the service charge. Tax-exempt organizations must provide caterer with tax exemption certificate.
Discounts - A 5% discount is given to accounts paid in full 60 days in advance of the event. (Discounts cannot be combined.)
Note: Pricing does not include removal of trash from the -premises that have this requirement.
